Concerts include:

Royal Belfast Golf Club: After Dinner Entertainment

The Mansion House, Clifton, Bristol: After Dinner Entertainment

Esterhazy Castle, Eisenstadt,Vienna: Participation within an Advent Choir Festival programme, including a performance lasting 35 minutes, presenting a showcase of the choir's repertoire with a significant content appropriate to the advent theme.

National Botanical Garden of Wales - Birthday Celebration.

City Hall, Cardiff: A structured 20-minute programme for The Queen, at the personal request of the Lord Mayor of Cardiff, at a Civic Dinner held in her honour.

St David's Hall, Cardiff: Inaugural concert of the hall, with the Central Band of the RAF

Concerts with Dennis O'Neill and Treorchy Male Choir.

Llandaff Cathedral: Appearances include one with the South Wales Police Band.

The choir's concerts in Wales and England have also included Bath Abbey; the Pump Rooms, Bath; Aberystwyth; Bristol; Carmarthen; Cardigan; Lampeter; London; North Wales; Coventry; Croydon; Milton Keynes; Cardiff Museum; the Museum of Welsh Life, St Fagans; the Mansion House, Cardiff; Ebbw Vale Garden Festival.

 

Theatre

Caradog ­ The First Welsh Hero!: A musical play commissioned by Taff-Ely Borough Council and conceived and produced by Dr Price Productions at the Muni Arts Centre, Pontypridd.

Haearn: A large-scale theatre piece performed at the Old Iron Works in Tredegar, Blaenau Gwent, by the Brith Gof Theatre Company.

Television and radio

The choir was delighted to participate as part of a massed choir in the 2002 FA Cup Choral Classic event at the Cardiff RFC, next to the Millennium Stadium which hosted the football final. The night was televised by the BBC and included Lesley Garrett, Willard White and Russell Watson.

On January 2, 2000, the choir joined with others from all over Wales to form the 5,000-voice BBC Choir of Choirs at the Millennium Songs Of Praise which featured Bryn Terfel, Cliff Richard and a host of stars. The event crammed 72,000 people into Cardiff's Millennium Stadium, under the closed roof, and therefore broke the record as the biggest indoor event yet held.

The choir featured twice in the daily BBC Wales radio show which ran every evening during the Rugby World Cup in Cardiff in October and November 1999.

Various religious programmes such as Dechrau Canu Dechrau Canmol and Cymanfa Ganu, the light entertainment show, Noson Lawen, Ray Gravelle's S4C quiz show.

Winners ­ Miners' Eisteddfod, Porthcawl.

Travel

Northern Ireland: The province, now enjoying a fast growing tourist industry and looking outward, welcomed the choir with open arms. Wonderful receptions were experienced both at Harlequins Rugby Club and at The Royal Belfast Golf Club.

Invited to the Adventsingen Festival Vienna 2001, the choir performed within a cathedral service and at Esterhazy Castle, as well as at an old people's home within the city. Cantorion Creigiau was very well received and has been invited to return.

Ireland: Spotlight On Skerries, a celebration of community arts; Drogheda Cultural Festival; Dublin.

Italian tours with Coro Capo Mele, Laigueglia; concerts at venues including cathedrals and castles.

Brittany: following the choir's initial successful visit, it was invited back twice to take part in festivals with musicians from all over the world.
